Website INTEGRATION GATES Community Interest Company aims to provide the knowledge of life in the United Kingdom, language testing skills at settlement stage or earlier. We ensure that non-British citizens, migrants, third country nationals in Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas all have a full understanding of the Life in the UNITED KINGDOM and the required skills to allow them to fully integrate. INTEGRATION GATES CIC raises issues that people from Ethnic Minority Community backgrounds do not come across in their daily lives by promoting good practice. INTEGRATION GATES CIC will assist future candidates in studying and taking the Life in the UK Test. Training will give applicants the practical knowledge needed to live in the UNITED KINGDOM and to take part in society. INTEGRATION GATES CIC will also help to advance education by providing ICT training, promote the use of new technology for people from Black Minority Ethnics and Ethnic Minority Communities in Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas. Information Communication and Technology can be an enormously powerful tool for transforming, not just the life of the mainstream but also of those who are on the margins of society. Using a computer and the Internet could save us time, hassle and money . It might just be fun too. Technology has changed how we live, work and communicate with each other and the state.
